1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using GreenScreenRemover.com ("the Service", "the Platform"), operated by GreenScreenRemover ("we", "us", "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GreenScreenRemover. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

GreenScreenRemover is an online video processing tool that removes green screen (chroma key) backgrounds from videos and exports them with transparent alpha channels. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• One individual may not maintain more than one free account
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately at support@greenscreenremover.com of any unauthorized access or use of your account

4.2 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the self-service "Delete Account" option in your dashboard. Upon deletion, all personal data, processed videos, usage history, and account information will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Uses

• Upload videos you own or have rights to for processing
• Download and use processed videos for any lawful purpose
• Use the Service for personal or commercial projects

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to process
• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
• Upload content depicting child exploitation or abuse
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with usage limits, security features, or restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to harm others, our infrastructure, or any third party
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar mechanisms to abuse the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account without notice or refund.

6. Content Ownership and License

6.1 Your Content

• You retain all intellectual property rights to videos you upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license solely to process your video as requested
• We will not use, distribute, sell, or share your content for any purpose other than providing the Service
• Videos are automatically deleted from our servers after processing, subject to our Data Retention Policy

6.2 Our Content and Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to its design, user interface, code, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property, is the exclusive property of GreenScreenRemover and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds

7.1 Free Tier

• 3 videos per day with watermark applied
• 720p maximum resolution
• Subject to usage limits and restrictions
• Free tier features may be modified at any time

7.2 Pro Tier ($12/month)

• 50 videos per month, no watermark
• 4K Ultra HD export with priority processing
• 500MB file size limit
• Commercial license included
• Billed monthly via Stripe; subscriptions renew automatically
• Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period

7.3 Credit Packs (One-Time Purchase)

• Credits are non-refundable once used
• Unused credits do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

7.4 Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, used credits, or accounts terminated due to Terms violations. To request a refund, contact support@greenscreenremover.com within 14 days of the charge. We reserve the right to deny refund requests at our sole discretion.

7.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or modifications

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OUTPUT OR RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GREENSCREENREMOVER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GreenScreenRemover and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of or access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Any content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Service
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at support@greenscreenremover.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and GreenScreenRemover agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring individual claims in small claims court if eligible. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and take place in the United States. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND GREENSCREENREMOVER AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

12.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions by sending written notice to legal@greenscreenremover.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in your dashboard. All data will be permanently deleted upon account deletion.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abuse or misuse of the Service
• Engagement in illegal or fraudulent activity
• Failure to pay applicable fees
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6.2, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 shall survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that arbitration does not apply, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, pandemics, power outages, internet disruptions, or third-party service provider failures.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GreenScreenRemover regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
