When you use the Service, we temporarily process your uploaded videos. Uploaded files are:

  • Stored temporarily and securely during processing
  • Automatically deleted within 7 days of processing
  • Never shared with, sold to, or accessed by third parties
  • Processed on secure, access-controlled servers

2.3 Usage and Analytics Data

We collect non-personally identifiable analytics data to improve the Service:

  • Page views and feature interactions
  • Device type, operating system, and browser information
  • IP address (anonymized where possible)
  • Video processing statistics (file sizes, processing times; not content)
  • Referral sources

2.4 Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We never receive, store, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details. We only receive transaction confirmation data including: amount paid, currency, transaction ID, and billing email.

2.5 Chat and Support Communications

Messages sent through our in-app chat widget are stored to provide customer support. If you are logged in, your user identity is associated with the message. Chat data may be forwarded to our internal support tools (Slack) to enable faster response times.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer. Where required by applicable law (e.g., GDPR), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA (California Residents)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information: We do not sell, and have not sold in the preceding 12 months, any personal information of consumers.

10. Data Retention

  • Uploaded videos: Deleted within 24 hours of upload
  • Processed videos: Available for download for up to 7 days, then permanently deleted
  • Account data: Retained until you delete your account via the dashboard
  • Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations
  • Chat/support messages: Retained for up to 90 days for support purposes, then deleted
  • Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized; retained indefinitely in non-identifiable form

11. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will:

  • Notify affected users via email within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach
  • Notify the relevant data protection authorities as required by applicable law
  • Provide information about the nature of the breach, data affected, and steps taken to address it
  • Provide recommendations for protective measures you can take

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
